Privacy Policy

1. Overview

worldgen.lol ("we", "us") is an independent third-party website that runs the WorldGen text-and-image-to-3D pipeline for you. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the WorldGen research project or its authors.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the generator and your account area.

2. Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run the Service.

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image URL and the Google account identifier. Sign-in is handled by Google; we never see your Google password.
• Generation input: the prompts you write, the reference images you upload and the settings you choose for a scene.
• Generated output: the panoramas, Gaussian splats, meshes and previews created for your account, together with the task log (status, timings and credits spent).
• Billing data: your plan, billing interval, subscription status, order number, amount and currency, and the customer and subscription identifiers issued by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Support messages: the content of the emails you send to support@worldgen.lol and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and timestamps, kept in server logs for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to create and secure your account, to run generations and store their output, to meter credit usage against your plan, to process payments and subscriptions, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your prompts, reference images or generated scenes to train models of our own.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, local storage for the language toggle and other interface preferences, and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and product events such as sign-ups and checkouts.

Blocking cookies still lets you read the site, but without the session cookie you cannot sign in, generate a scene or complete a purchase.

5. Third parties

A small number of providers process data for us, and only for the features you use.

• Google: Google sign-in (OAuth) for authentication, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage measurement.
• Stripe: checkout, subscription billing, invoices and receipts. The card or wallet details you enter go directly to Stripe.
• Hosting and email providers that serve the website, store generation output and deliver transactional mail.

6. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Prompts, reference images and generated scenes stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data by writing to support@worldgen.lol from the address on your account. Closing the account removes the account record, the scenes in your workspace and the generation history, and cancels any running subscription so it cannot renew.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as portability or the right to object to certain processing. We honour those requests through the same address.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the Service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
