Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by worldgen.lol, an independent third-party website that runs the WorldGen pipeline. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the WorldGen research project or its authors.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity in your account, for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. One person, one account; accounts cannot be transferred without our written agreement.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Generations consume credits. A new account receives welcome credits, and paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are shared between text-to-scene and image-to-scene generation, are reset with each billing period and do not carry over.

Prices, plan contents and credit amounts may change, and changes apply from the next billing period after they are announced. Credit packs bought as one-time purchases stay on the account and do not expire while the account is open.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you write, the reference images you upload and the scenes you generate with them.

• You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, render and deliver that material so the Service can work.
• You confirm that you hold the rights to every reference image you upload and that your input does not infringe the rights of anyone else.
• You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you upload, and for how you use the scenes you generate.

5. Acceptable use

You must not upload material that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, that depicts real people in a defamatory or intimate way, that infringes copyright or trade marks, or that is intended to harass. You must not attempt to break, overload or bypass the Service, resell access to it, or scrape generated output to build a competing dataset.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful material where the law requires it.

6. Availability and support

Generation is a compute-heavy two-stage pipeline, so queue times vary and output is probabilistic: the same prompt can produce a different scene on each run. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service, and maintenance or upstream model changes can pause generation for a period.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a generated scene is accurate, that it is suitable for a particular production or commercial use, or that it is free of third-party rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel your plan from the billing area of your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if we are required to for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.

If we discontinue a paid plan before the end of a period you have already paid for, we refund the unused part of that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes are announced on the site.
